Click on the printer(s) you wish to assign to that group until it says Yes.Select Print Course Lines for kitchen printer groups (optional).Enter a printer group Name that is easy to identify by station, restaurant section or by what the printer(s) will be printing (Ex: Bar, Hot Line, Patio Receipt).Printers can also to be added to more than one printer group. Printer Groups can have more than one printer assigned to the group if multiple printers need to print the same items, categories or receipts. For Android terminals and Tableside devices, printers will not print if the MAC address is missing in HQ.Įach printer needs to be added to at least one printer group in order to print from the Upserve POS.

Note: Both the IP and MAC addresses must be added to the printer page and must match exactly what is printed on the IP slip in order for the printer to communicate with the Upserve POS on the POS Network.
